I began my engineering journey back in 1989 with my Madhyamik schooling, followed by Higher Secondary in 1991, and earning my Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1994 (AICTE). From day one, I knew my place wasn't just sitting behind an office desk—it was out in the field, where concrete is poured, rebar is tied, and foundations are tested against the earth.
Across 32 years of on-site engineering—starting with 6 formative years as Site Incharge across diverse construction companies, followed by 12 years as Resident Engineer and ongoing leadership as Project Manager at DMP Nirman Pvt. Ltd.—I've had the honor of steering critical state projects: stabilizing and reconstructing buildings in the sensitive KMRCL Bowbazar Metro zone, directing the coastal Digha Convention Centre for KMDA, erecting the 10-story (G+9) P&RD Building in Newtown for PWD, and executing secure correctional infrastructure for West Bengal Police Housing.
